Honda has announced plans to unveil a new concept car at the forthcoming Beijing Motor Show.

The new car, which Honda claims is a "new model exclusively developed for the Chinese market," has been previewed in a new teaser sketch. However, given that Honda is remaining tight-lipped on what the new concept actually is, that's about all we can tell you.

There is speculation that the concept previews a replacement for the CR-Z, and given the car's sleek, swooping lines and shallow glass-house, we'd say that a coupe of some description seems likely.

One thing which we do know, however, is that the car will be developed by two Chinese partners -- Guanggi Honda Automobile and Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co. -- and will be available in the Chinese market only.

Which is a pity, because we'd have to say that we think it looks brilliant.
