Honda has confirmed that it will unveil a concept version of a new Civic estate in 2013.

The announcement was made by Honda's European President Manabu Nishimae at the Paris Motor Show today.

No information has been released on the new 'wagon-style' Civic, but expect the model to come with the same range of diesel and petrol engines as the hatchback.

Until more details are released, you'll have to make do with the teaser image shown above; however, more information will be released nearer to the car's official unveiling.

The Civic Estate concept is likely to be unveiled at either the Geneva or Frankfurt Motor Show next year.
