Vauxhall are helping to keep NHS key workers on the road during the coronavirus crisis by offering free breakdown assistance.
Vauxhall Roadside Assistance is being offered to all Vauxhall-driving NHS staff who do not already have breakdown cover, regardless of the age of their vehicle or its service history. Roadside Assistance is usually available on new Vauxhalls only, but if NHS staff who drive a Vauxhall break down either at home or on the roadside they will now be able to access immediate help. If the car cannot be repaired it will be recovered to a local authorised repairer, and a taxi provided for the driver and any passengers to a single destination within 20 miles.
To call on Vauxhall Roadside Assistance, NHS staff can phone 0800 197 2049 and quote ‘NHS Key Worker’.
Stephen Norman, Vauxhall’s Managing Director, said “Keeping our NHS colleagues mobile is vital, and will hopefully offer some reassurance to them while they go about their business.”
