The exclusive new MINI Convertible Sidewalk Edition has gone on sale priced at £34,215.

Limited to just 150 UK examples, the high-specification special edition is available to order now at MINI retailers.

Under the bonnet is a 192bhp TwinPower turbo petrol engine usually found in the Cooper S, which is allied to 7-speed Steptronic transmission that includes double clutch and steering wheel paddles.

Finished in new Deep Laguna metallic paint with special bonnet stripes, pin lines, and Sidewalk side scuttle badging, the new special edition is also fitted with unique door entry strips, and exclusive Arrow design soft top roof which can be opened or closed electronically in just 18 seconds. The look is finished off by the addition of has new 17 inch light-alloy Scissor Spoke 2-tone wheels.

Inside are new anthracite-coloured MINI Yours Leather Lounge seats with Sidewalk badging and contrasting seams. The sports leather steering wheel also has a discreet Sidewalk logo and contrasting seams, while the illuminated dashboard facia is finished in Piano Black with Petrol and Silver accents.

Standard technology features include Navigation Plus Pack with 8.8-inch touchscreen display, Satellite Navigation with Real Time Traffic Information, Wireless Charging, and Amazon Alexa functionality. A Comfort Plus Pack includes heated seats, rear view camera with Park Distance Control, and Parking Assistant. The MINI Convertible Sidewalk Edition also has a Harmon Kardon Hi-Fi system, Head-up Display and three Driving Modes.
