Citroen has released the first official teaser image and video of the new Citroen DS Wild Rubis Concept, which is due to make its world debut at the forthcoming Shanghai Motor Show.
Although a full picture of the Wild Rubis -- Rubis being the French for Ruby -- has yet to be revealed, the mean and moody teaser video appears to show a compact SUV in the style of the Audi Q5 and the BMW X3.
The image also appears to show that the Wild Rubis will feature front-end styling inspired by the Citroen Numero 9 concept which was revealed at the Beijing motor show last year.
No official details have yet been released, but it seems likely that the DS Wild Rubis will be available in both front- and four-wheel drive, with a range of petrol, diesel and hybrid powertrains.
Citroen will release more details when the Wild Rubis makes its official debut at the Shanghai motor show.
