All-new Kia XCeed on sale now | New Release - Car News Jul 2019

The recently unveiled Kia XCeed has gone on UK sale priced from £20,795.

The latest addition to the ever-growing Ceed range, the XCeed is available to order now ahead of its full showroom debut scheduled for this September.

The Compact Utility Vehicle has an 85mm higher ground clearance and is 43mm taller in overall height than the Ceed hatchback, but sloping coupe-style roofline. The XCeed’s looks are very distinctive compared to the Ceed hatchback, with a longer, taller, sportier bonnet, new dual blade front grille, satin chrome garnish, revised bumper, new LED headlamps, new dynamic rear bumper, rear diffuser, new LED rear lights, black wheel arch trims, and a choice of unique 16 or 18-inch alloy wheels.

Technology features include Kia’s new 10.25-inch TFT LCD widescreen system with UVO CONNECT telematics system, which comes as standard on mid-range 3 models upwards. New functions include a split screen mode, home screen customisation, Bluetooth multi-connection and user profiles, UVO smartphone app remote access. Lane Keeping Assist and Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist are also available, with pedestrian detection functionality available as part of the optional Advanced Driving Assistance Pack.

A trio of petrol and diesel engines are available, with the flagship 138bhp 1.4 T-GDi available with a seven-speed DCT automatic transmission.

As with every Kia, the all-new Kia XCeed comes with a fully-transferrable seven-year or 100,000-mile warranty, and is available with a Kia Care service plan which provides a wide range of options for any Kia model within the first seven years of the vehicle’s life.
