Isuzu have confirmed that the next generation D-Max pick up will arrive in UK showrooms from March.

The all-new D-Max has new styling with an elevated front-end design and sharp contours, new 18-inch alloy wheels, and new Bi-LED lights upper range models. Inside is a new layered dashboard design, new infotainment systems, and soft-touch panelling.

The new front and rear suspension delivers improved road and noise sound-proofing over the outgoing model, while a new speed-sensitive electronic power steering boosts manoeuvrability and accuracy.
Its off-road capabilities have been enhanced with the inclusion of a faster engaging shift-on-the-fly 4WD system, and a rear diff-lock as standard on All-Purpose and Adventure trim models. The durable ladder chassis has been strengthened thanks to larger rails and an extra panel has been added to provide more extensive underbody protection.

Driver assistance systems on the new D-Max include Autonomous Emergency Braking, Traffic Sign Recognition, Intelligent Speed Limiter and Lane Departure Warning & Prevention on every model, while it is the only pickup on the UK market to feature rear radar as standard on all double cab variants. Double cab models also come with Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Blind Spot Monitor and Emergency Lane Keeping.

Powered by an efficient Euro 6D compliant diesel engine and a choice of 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission, the new D-Max is capable of towing up to 3.5-tonnes and carrying over a tonne payload.

Each one comes with 125,00-mile/5-year warranty, and 5-years UK and European roadside assistance, with Isuzu to confirm the UK pricing structure soon.
