Pricing details for the all-new Dacia Duster, which goes on UK sale next weeks, have been revealed.

The second-generation of the popular SUV, unveiled at last year’s Frankfurt Motor Show, will be priced from £9,995, with deliveries to commence in July.

All-new exterior styling includes 17-inch wheels, black wing arch trims, a distinctive grille extending to the head lights, and a new lighting signature including LED daytime running lights divided into three sections. Dacia’s rear lighting signature of four red stacked squares has also been adapted for the all-new Duster, while a newly designed bonnet features sculpted crease lines for a more rugged appearance that is further enhanced by a larger, mass-coloured, scratch-resistant front skid plate.

The windscreen has been brought forward 100mm and is more steeply raked, making the cabin appear more spacious. The new dashboard sees the MediaNav multimedia touchscreen display placed higher for easier access, while new seats are made with denser foam for improved comfort and support. The driver’s seat comes with an armrest, lumbar adjustment, and a new height-adjustment system with greater travel. Cabin noise has been halved by the inclusion of more sound-absorbing surfaces and 0.35mm-thicker glass for the front windows, while larger-diameter bicone speakers enhance audio quality. The new Duster has 20% more cabin storage space than its predecessor, although boot capacity remains unchanged at 445 litres for the 2WD version and 376 litres for the 4WD version.

Driving experience is aided by new electric power steering, reducing effort by 35%, and drivers will also benefit from a package of new technology and assistance systems. These include keyless entry on top spec models, climate control, Blind Spot Warning, curtain airbags, automatic headlight activation, Hill Descent Control and Hill Start Assist, and multi-view camera. Off-road capabilities are enhanced by 210mm of ground clearance and approach and departure angles of 30 and 33 degrees respectively.

There are four trim levels to choose from - Access, Essential, Comfort and Prestige – all boasting LED daytime running lights, height-adjustable front headrests and seat belts, ECO mode and Stop and Start, gearshift indicator, a Thatcham-approved engine immobiliser, automatic door lock, ABS and Emergency Brake Assist, Electronic Stability Control, Traction Control, new full length curtain airbags, and ISOFIX points in the rear.

Access trim starts at £9,995, and has 16-inch steel wheels and electric front windows. Essential trim is available from £11,595 and adds 16-inch 'Fidji' steel wheels, body coloured front and rear bumpers, manual air conditioning, heat adjustable driver’s seat, DAB radio with steering-column mounted controls and Bluetooth connectivity. Priced from £13,195, Comfort trim adds new 16-inch ‘Cyclade’ alloy wheels, front-seat armrest, leather steering wheel, graphite cloth upholstery, rear parking camera and sensors, electric front and rear windows, heated and electrically adjustable door mirrors, MediaNav 7" touchscreen multimedia system with Satellite navigation, USB and AUX connection points, and a 7-function on-board computer. Topping the range is the Prestige model. Priced from £14,395, it adds brand new 17-inch ‘Diamond-cut’ alloy wheels, multi-view camera, blind spot warning, climate control and keyless entry. At launch the all-new Duster comes with a choice of either the SCe 115bhp petrol engine or the Blue dCi 115bhp diesel, both with manual transmission.

The all-new Dacia Duster range is on sale from 11 June.
