This is the new 2015 Cadillac Escalade, which is due to go into production next year at Cadillac's factory in Arlington, Texas.
Cadillac claims that the new Escalade is bigger, more luxurious, more efficient and faster than the model it replaces.
Powered by an all-new 6.2-litre V8 engine, the Escalade will be offered with both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive powertrains. Cadillac has yet to release any power or performance figures for the new car, but expect substantial improvements over the current car's 409bhp and 6.7 second 0-62mph time.
On the outside, the Escalade has been given a thorough refresh with what Cadillac calls "new and more sophisticated surfaces" and new LED lights. On the inside, Cadillac claims that the Escalade is quieter than before thanks to improved acoustic material and Bose Active Noise Cancellation technology.
There's also a new 12.3-inch touchscreen device, a head-up display and a Blu-Ray DVD rear entertainment system with a nine-inch roof-mounted screen for rear passengers.
Cadillac senior vice president Bob Ferguson said: "Cadillac's growth provides the ideal stage for the all-new Escalade to take a major leap forward.
"The 2015 Escalade is completely new and elevated in design and technology, inside and out. The clear objective is to once again assume the leadership position among luxury SUVs."
