Jaguar XF Overview

The stylish XF delivers a superb driving experience, particularly at higher speeds. Smooth handling, responsive steering and excellent road grip make for a comfortable, enjoyable ride. Additionally, the ride is also very refined. The Jaguar XF makes light work of keeping wind and road noise to a minimum, and is an accomplished motorway cruiser.

Inside the car the XF boasts comfortable, supportive seats and an electrically adjustable driving position. Legroom is impressive throughout the cabin, while headroom can be a little tight for taller passengers but is more than adequate for most. The boot is also of a favourable size, with the option of folding down the rear seats for extra space.

The Jaguar XF’s level of equipment is excellent. The interior is composed of high quality materials such as wood and leather, with keyless entry and climate control supplied as standard with entry level models.

The Jaguar XF was first announced in 2007. It was built as a replacement for the Jaguar S-Type.

There were many significant changes made to the XF. It sports a revised exterior and boasts a greater level of technology inside the cabin.

In 2009 a Jaguar XF police car was announced, available to UK police forces.

The model received a four star rating when it was crash tested by Euro NCAP in 2010. This rating was improved upon in 2011.

The Jaguar XF was given a facelift in 2011, with a restyled exterior, and has been recognised for several awards over the course of its lifetime.
