We all know what it's like. You're driving to work and everything seems normal. You pull into a narrow street and see a car coming towards you. You stop to let the driver past. You notice that there's a man standing on the car kicking seven shades of the brown stuff out of the windscreen. Unperturbed, you drive on.
What's incredible about the video below is not the insane man inflicting damage on a moving car, but the dashcam driver's almost total lack of interest in what he's just seen. I'm fairly certain that if I saw a scene like this occur on the street, I'd feel inclined to do more than glance momentarily at the unfurling bedlam and then simply drive off.
Having said this, the video was captured in a certain large Eurasian country where this sort of thing happens all the time, so I suppose you can forgive the driver for his nonchalance.
