No, this isn't the latest offering from Maranello, or even a concept car destined to be ogled on a motor show plinth. It is, in fact, a bicycle.
It's the latest creation from the Hannes Langeder, the Austrian artist who was responsible for the pedal-powered Porsche 911 driven on Top Gear a few years back.
It's called the Fahrradi Farfalla FFX, a play on the German word for bicycle (Fahrrad), and the Ferrari FXX racing car. Farfalla is Italian for butterfly and the FFX is so called because extra gearing means that the doors flap up and down like a butterfly's when pedalled along.
Langeder has deliberately geared the FFX down so it is slow as possible, and it only weighs 100kg (or about 15 stone) thanks to its lightweight aluminium construction.
It is unlikely that the Fahrradi will ever see production but it is for sale, with an asking price of $1.6 million - around $300,000 more than the FXX actually cost. Right…
