With the Wimbledon men's semi-finals taking place tomorrow, and a Brit in with a chance of making it to the final, we thought we'd size up the cars of the Wimbledon semi-finalists and see if their skills on the tennis court match their choice of motor.
Andy MurrayAlthough he's owned some impressive metal in the past, including an Aston Martin DB9, a Jaguar XKR, a Ferrari 430, a Range Rover Sport and a Porsche Cayenne, the World No. 2's daily driver is the Volkswagen Polo. The VW was Andy's first car and he claims he keeps it for sentimental reasons. |

Jerzy JanowiczThe Polish player's motoring life began somewhat inauspiciously when, to save money, he'd kip in the back of his car while playing tournaments in order to save money, which can't have been particularly comfortable for the 6'8" World No. 22. Now he's the owner of a Peugeot RCZ but considering he's guaranteed to earn at least £400k over the next few days, that could all be about to change. |

Novak DjokovicThe current World No. 1 has a number of cars, many of which he has won in tennis tournaments. It is not clear what he drives day-to-day, but when an interviewer asked him what his favourite car was, he responded "Anything German." Fine, a 1970 VW Beetle it is. |

Juan Martin Del PotroLike Djokovic, it isn't entirely clear what the Argentinian World No. 8 drives on a day-to-day basis. What we do know, however, is that he is the proud (possibly former) owner of a white Mercedes SLK 350 which he won in the Mercedes Cup tournament in Stuttgart in 2008. |
