Here at BuyYourCar.co.uk, we get sent promotional material from car companies every day and, to be honest, most of it is so mind-numbingly boring we never bother reading it.

However, this caught our eye. It seems MINI has filmed a short promotional video, celebrating the partnership between the car company and the forthcoming 2012 Olympic Games.

The film is a parody of the 1969 classic, The Italian Job, and features three MINIs performing death-defying stunts around the streets of London. The film stars former Olympic athletes Daley Thompson, James Cracknell, Jonathan Edwards and Matthew Pinsent, as well as model and racing driver Jodie Kidd.
