SEAT has confirmed the prices and specs for the new third-generation Leon, ahead of the first deliveries next March.
Prices for the Leon will start from £15,670 for the basic 1.2 petrol model, rising to £22,375 for a top-of-the-range 2.0-litre diesel.
SEAT officially opened the order books for the new Leon yesterday, and the first cars will be delivered to customers in March 2013.
Three trim levels will be available: S, SE and FR. All new Leons come with air-con, MP3 compatible CD player, hands-free phone operation, Bluetooth and a colour touchscreen. In addition to this, seven airbags, ABS, traction control, stability control and central locking are also included as standard.
SE models also get a leather wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, 16-inch alloy wheels, cruise control, hill hold control and front fog lights, while top-of-the-range FR models get 17-inch alloys, sports seats, sports suspension, dual-zone climate control and a sporty bodykit.
There is also a comprehensive options list, including 18-inch wheels, leather seats, sat-nav, rear parking sensors, and automatic headlights and wipers.
