Unless you've been living in a ditch for the past seven years, you're probably well aware that the London 2012 Olympic games are almost upon us.

And if you're one of the small minority of people who aren't sick to death of hearing about it already, here's a little story you might find interesting.

A Czech artist by the name of David Cerny has turned a London bus into an athlete to celebrate the upcoming games. Cerny bought the bus in the Netherlands and attached two giant arms to each side powered by an electrical engine to allow the double-decker to perform press-ups.

Cerny then must have come to the conclusion that a bus with giant arms doing press-ups wasn't quite sinister enough; so to rectify this, he decided that each press-up should be accompanied with the sound of strenuous physical exertion.

If you fancy seeing the muscle bus, it's on display outside the Czech Olympic House in Islington.

Click on the link below to see a video of the bus, plus an interview with the artist.
