Ever dreamed of having your own racing track - a place to test your car to the limit without having to worry about speed cameras and other road users?

Well your prayers have been answered as one of the most popular motorsport venues in the UK has just gone up for sale.

Manby Motorplex, near Louth in Lincolnshire, is spread over 440 acres and includes a skid pan, five miles of loose-surface rally track, 100 acres of off-roading ground and a driving area for tanks, HGVS and buses. The site is surrounded by a 2.3-mile road circuit and you also get your own airstrip.

The site has been put up for sale by its current owner, James Tointon. Over the years Tointon has coached numerous rally stars and has also taught internet driving star Ken Block.

Tointon said, "It's incredibly sad to be selling Manby Motorplex. It has a high agricultural value, but we have split the site into lots, so the motorsport side could be purchased separately. I'd be very happy to see it run as a motorsport venue, having worked so hard to keep it as a motorsport and motoring venue for all these years."

If you fancy buying Manby Motorplex, there is a slight hitch - it's on the market at offers over £3.5 million, so you'd better get saving.
