This is the first photo of the new seven-seat Fiat 500XL, reportedly taken inside the Fiat factory and leaked onto a Spanish internet forum.
As you can see, the 500XL looks broadly similar to the existing 500L from C-pillars forwards, but the larger rear quarterlights and longer overhang distinguish it from its five-seater brother.
The 500XL is reportedly 200mm longer than its little brother but is expected to be offered with the same range of engines, including the 0.9-litre TwinAir, a 1.4-litre petrol and a 1.3-litre diesel.
Fiat will sell the 500XL alongside the 500L in a similar way to Ford's C-MAX/Grand C-MAX models and the Renault Scenic/Grand Scenic.
The 500XL is likely to be officially revealed shortly and should go on sale in the UK by the end of the year.
