Details of the new Fiat 500X Sport have been confirmed, with prices starting at £22,500 on-the-road.
The Fiat 500X Sport model boasts tuned suspension, lowered ride height, steering system calibration, and the option of 19-inch wheels with high-performance tyres. Power comes from either a 120bhp 1.0-litre petrol with six-speed manual transmission, or a 150bhp 1.3-litre FireFly petrol turbo engine allied to a six-speed DCT automatic gearbox.
Styling cues include body-coloured side skirts and wheel arches, diffuser-style rear bumper, dual chrome exhaust, and full LED headlights and fog lamps. Exclusive Sport Red pastel paint contrasts with titanium grey details on the handles, front bumper inserts, front moulding, mirror caps and Myron "500" logo on the boot-lid. Other colour options include Ice White, Cinema Black, Fashion Grey and Italia Blue, all of which can be combined with a black roof for a two-tone exterior.
Inside is an aluminium gear-knob, techno-leather flat-based sports steering wheel with Alcantara inserts, titanium grey dashboard, red elements on the instrument panel and specific TFT graphics, and Myron details finished with red stitching. The 500X Sport is upholstered in exclusive new black fabric with techno-leather, and grey “500” logo on the seats. A Myron steering wheel bezel, aluminium pedals, and ambient interior lighting complete the look.
The new model comes as standard with Traffic Sign Recognition and Lane Assist, Uconnect 7-inch infotainment system with satellite navigation, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, automatic climate control, rear parking sensors, and Cruise Control.
The 500X Sport can be ordered at Fiat retailers.
