Automotive art, to most people, is a dreary watercolour painting of an old Jag or a 1930s Blower Bentley parked next to a lake, or perhaps in a narrow street in an olde-worlde English village.
Go to Clinton's cards and peruse the 'Grandad' section and you'll find a similarly twee display of automotive nostalgia.
However, modern automotive art can be exciting, a point which Erik Johansson, a 27-year-old Swedish artist is trying to prove. Johansson uses digital image manipulation to create fantastic optical illusions and you'd have to agree that the results are... impressive.
