The Morgan Roadster V6 is one of the newer cars in the Morgan range but you wouldn't know it to look at it. The Roadster is big fun and looks great; you'd have to have a heart of stone not to want one.

Morgan Roadster V6 Overview
The Roadster V6 is fitted with a 3.0-litre Mondeo engine. This might not sound ideal but trust us, 228bhp in a car made from wood is enough. 0-62mph arrives in a blistering 4.9 seconds and flat out you'll be doing 155mph.
It's not a comfortable car to drive - the seats sit above the rear axle and even minuscule bumps can be felt with bone-shaking clarity - and it's not particularly good to drive either thanks to vague steering and wooden (not literally) brakes.
Background
The Roadster was introduced in 2004 to replace the ageing Plus 8 which had been in production since 1968. For the Roadster, Morgan's engineers ditched the Plus 8's Rover V8 and fitted a V6 Ford engine in its place.
Summary
If you judge a car objectively, the Roadster V6 is absolute rubbish, a radiogram in an MP3-connected world. However, when it looks this good, does it really matter?
