With light steering and terrific road grip, the car delivers an impressive driving experience. Handling is good and the ride is a smooth and comfortable one. Moreover, the i20 is incredibly well refined, with very little noise intrusion even at high speeds.
The i20 makes for a good family vehicle, with space to comfortably seat four adults. Five is somewhat of a tight squeeze but can certainly be done. Head and legroom is plentiful in the front and adequate in the rear, while the boot is well designed and generously sized.
The interior is a little bland but the level of standard equipment is pretty good. Entry level models are all equipped with air conditioning and electric windows, while alloy wheels and MP3 connectivity are amongst some of the features available to upgrade with.
