Vauxhall have collected a brace of titles at the 2019 JD Power UK Customer Satisfaction Awards.

Both the Insignia and Mokka X models came out top in their respective categories.
More than 11,000 owners of cars aged 1-3 years were surveyed as part of JD Powers’ annual Vehicle Dependability Study, with the Insignia topping the midsize car segment and the Mokka X taking the most dependable small SUV crown.

It is the fourth year in succession that the Vauxhall Insignia has won the midsize car dependability award.  It has also previously won accolades from the Carbuyer Best Car Awards, 4x4 Magazine Awards, Auto Express Awards, and Company Car Today 100 Awards.

“These latest awards for the Insignia and Mokka X reinforce that our customers feel they are getting excellent reliability, as well as incredible value for money”, said Vauxhall’s Paul Dodd.
