BusinessCar magazine have named the Volkswagen T-Cross as the Best Compact SUV for company car drivers title at the publication’s 2019 awards.
BusinessCar’s judging panel lauded the T-Cross for its nimble handling around town, strong choice of engines and stylish looks. The T-Cross also impressed for practical, with a sliding rear bench resulting in an additional 85 litres of luggage space when needed.
It is the second successive year that the accolade has been won by Volkswagen, with the larger T-Roc lifting the trophy in 2018. Volkswagen’s five-strong SUV line up, of which the T-Cross is the smallest, has won multiple awards, including numerous towing-related accolades for the Touareg, the Tiguan being named J.D. Power’s Most Dependable SUV, and the T-Roc currently holding the titles of 4x4 Magazine SUV of the Year and Company Car and Van Small Car of the Year.
