The British-built MINI has started 2016 on a high by lifting a coveted title.

The MINI Hatch scooped the Best Supermini accolade in The Sunday Times Top 100 Cars of 2016, wowing the judging panel with its hi-tech engines coupled with its refined ride, build quality, road noise and comfort.

Starting from £13,935, the MINI 3-door Hatch boasts more space than ever before as well as class-leading features such as LED headlamps and Emergency Calling (E-Call). The MINI range, which is powered by a family of three and four-cylinder engines, grew in September 2014 with the successful addition of the larger MINI 5-door model, which has two extra rear doors, improved legroom, a third rear seat, and a larger boot.
