The Lexus IS 300h will make its European debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
First unveiled at the Detroit Motor Show last month, the IS 300h features a petrol-electric hybrid drivetrain, replacing the diesel IS in the third-generation IS line-up.
The IS 300h is fitted with a 2.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine mated to an electric motor. No performance figures have been released but a power output of more than 200bhp seems to be on the cards, along with sub-100g/km CO2 emissions and fuel economy of more than 65mpg.
The IS 300h will also be offered with a performance F Sport package, featuring a more aggressive grille and front bumper design, 18-inch wheels and a more sporting suspension set-up.
Also on display at the Geneva show will be the company's LF-LC concept car which made its world debut at the Detroit Motor Show last year. It will be unveiled in Geneva in a new paint colour, Opal Blue, for the first time.
