This is the new Jaguar XJR, the latest addition to Jaguar's performance model range, which will go on display at the New York Motor Show next week.
Under the bonnet, the XJR is fitted with the same 5.0-litre V8 which you'll find nestling under the shapely bonnet of the XFR-S. In the XJR, it churns out 542bhp and more than 500lb-ft of torque and as a result, we'd imagine that the XJR will be pretty fast.
Just how fast it'll be, however, we can't tell you -- Jaguar has yet to release any official performance figures. Expect a 0-62mph time of around five seconds and a limited top speed of 155mph.
On the outside, Jaguar has fitted the XJR with a darker grille than the standard car, chrome trim and huge five-spoke alloy wheels replete with low-profile tyres.
Jaguar claims that the new XJR is "the most focused, agile and responsive Jaguar XJ ever made," and claims that the new car features bespoke chassis and aerodynamic developments.
Adrian Hallmark, Jag's Global Brand Director, said: "The new XJR epitomises the three pillars of technology, performance and contemporary design which the Jaguar brand stands for in the twenty-first century, while delivering new levels of dynamic ability in a luxury saloon."
More information will be revealed at the New York Motor Show, which begins on 29 March.
