These are the first official pictures of the GRMN FR Sports Concept Platinum, a high-performance version of the Toyota GT86 from the company's motorsport partner Gazoo Racing.
Due to be unveiled at the Tokyo Auto Salon later this month, the concept is powered by a supercharged version of the GT86's 2.0-litre boxer engine which will send 325bhp and 318lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual gearbox and a limited-slip diff.
As you can see from the pictures, the concept is fitted with modified front and rear light clusters, which include LED headlights. A huge rear spoiler and 18-inch alloy wheels complete the visual transformation.
On the inside, the concept gets white leather sports seats with racing harnesses and a roll cage.
Very little else is known about the GRMN Sports Concept Platinum, but we'll bring you more updates after the car is unveiled in Tokyo on 11 January.
