Volvo hope to hit No1 with JLS | Industry - Car News Nov 2011

Volvo have teamed up with one of the UK’s biggest boybands to help them with their latest music video.

JLS get behind the wheel of three of the Swedish manufacturers cars in the music video for their latest song 'Do You Feel What I Feel?', which will be released as a single in the UK on New Years Day. The single will be the third song released from the group's Jukebox album, which is the third album released by the former X-Factor runners-up. JLS’ debut album went four times platinum, while their second album went on to sell more than 600,000 copies.

In the video to 'Do You Feel What I Feel?', JLS' Marvin drives an Ice White Volvo XC60 R-Design, while bandmates Oritse and JB get behind the wheel of a Titanium Grey C30 R-Design and Caspian Blue S60 R-Design respectively.

The video will be released on 25th November, and fans of Volvo’s Official Facebook page - www.facebook.com/insidevolvouk - will get to be amongst the first to view it. To add to the Scandinavian influence in the video, its director was Swedish Grammy Award nominee Marcus Lundin.

It isn't Volvo's only recent foray into showbiz, as the C30, S60, and XC60 all feature in the Twilight Saga films, and Volvo UK's Head of Public Affairs Duncan Forrester said, "It follows in the footsteps of work we've previously done with Hard Rock Calling, Snowbombing, V Festival, T in the Park and Wireless, as well as supplying cars to acts such as Dizzee Rascal and Professor Green. I'm really pleased that JLS have chosen Volvo."

The band seemed equally happy with the arrangement, being quoted as saying "We're really excited to have Volvo partner with us on our latest video for 'Do You Feel What I Feel?'. The cars were swagged out, especially the white XC60. Its siiick!"

In addition to the video launch on Volvo’s Official Facebook page, the company have also announced that followers of Volvo on twitter - www.twitter.com/insidevolvouk - will be in with a shout of winning exclusive signed copies of JLS' latest album Jukebox.
