Volvo have announced that prices for their C30 range will now start at under £15,000.
£14,995 will now buy you a Volvo C30 2.0 ES, which is powered by a 143bhp 2.0-litre petrol engine, and comes as standard with 16-inch alloy wheels, climate control, stability control, electric windows, CD player, passenger airbag cut-off, and leather trimmed steering wheel and gearlever.
Volvo also offers a number of extra options for personalising the car, with styling kits, tow bars and portable navigation systems from the manufacturer and, for £645, a fully-fitted engine performance upgrade in conjunction with Volvo's racing partner Polestar.
Other models in the C30 range include those powered by the 227bhp T5 petrol engine, and two diesel engine options generating 113bhp and 175bhp respectively. Specifications begin with the aforementioned ES, rising to the top of the range SE Lux. For those wanting the sporty option there is the R-Design trim, and there is also a range of Congestion Charge exempt and fuel efficient models available with Volvo's DRIVe technology, emitting less than 100g/km of CO2.
The Volvo C30 2.0 ES is available to order now at its new price of £14,995.
