Volkswagen has launched a new limited edition version of the Jetta saloon which boasts a range of extra standard equipment over the normal car.
Called simply the Jetta Limited Edition, the new model is based on the existing SE model in the Jetta line-up, but includes an extra £2,900-worth of standard kit for a premium of just £160 over the standard car.
Just 450 examples will be sold in the UK, all of which will be fitted with VW's 1.6-litre 104bhp turbodiesel engine, returning 67.3mpg and emitting 105g/km of CO2.
The Jetta Limited Edition includes all of the equipment included on the standard SE model, including a leather-trimmed handbrake, DAB radio, Bluetooth, USB and iPod connectivity, a multi-function steering wheel and cruise control.
In addition to this, it also gets a touchscreen satellite navigation system, front fog lights, front and rear parking sensors, rear tinted glass, 16-inch 'Perth' alloys and a 'convenience pack' consisting of automatic lights and wipers, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror and electrically-foldable door mirrors with puddle lights.
The Jetta Limited Edition is available in three exterior paint finishes: Deep Black Pearl, Reflex Silver and Platinum Grey Metallic.
Order books are open now, with prices starting from £20,750.
