Toyota has refreshed its Auris range with new and revised trim levels and a raft of extra equipment.
The update marks the introduction of a new Icon Plus trim level which is based on the existing Icon model, adding new 16-inch alloy wheels, rear privacy glass, a folding function for the electronically-adjustable door mirrors and a new paint finish: Tungsten Blue. Inside, there are heated sports front seats with electric lumbar support, cruise control and an improved version of Toyota's Touch 2 with Go multimedia and sat-nav system.
In addition to this, and as a result of customer demand, both the hatchback and the Touring Sports estate models will be available in the new Icon Plus grade, as well as the Icon and Excel trims.
There's also a range of extra accessories available across the line-up. The Icon Plus and Excel models are now available with the option of a panoramic sunroof and leather seats are available on all models barring the entry-level Active.
Prices for the new Auris range from £14,945 for the entry-level Active hatchback, rising to £23,990 for the Excel Touring Sports estate.
