With the cost of motor insurance rising all the time, it's never been more important for drivers to hunt for the best deal when renewing their cover.

And to help motorists find the best deal, Auto Express has surveyed 29,000 of its readers to find the brokers which offer the best, and the worst, value for money on their policies.

Topping the list of worst-value insurers is Kwik Fit, with Lloyds TSB and Endsleigh not far behind. By contrast, Adelaide Insurance Services (IAM Surety), Frizzell and Royal and Sun Alliance were deemed to offer the best value for money.
