SsangYong has updated its Korando Sports pickup for 2014 with two new trim levels and a range of extra equipment.
The Korando Sports is now capable of towing up to 2.7 tonnes and has been given new speed-sensitive power steering along with a choice of three new hard-top roofs. Multilink suspension, a Euro pallet-sized load deck and a five-year unlimited mileage warranty are also included as standard.
The new entry-level SC model includes 16-inch alloy wheels, tinted windows, air-conditioning, a leather-covered steering wheel, remote central locking and a Kenwood stereo with MP3, USB, aux-in and Bluetooth capability.
Moving up the range, the EX model gets 18-inch alloys, leather upholstery, heated front seats, a powered driver's seat, heated electrically-adjustable mirrors and ear parking sensors. A six-speed automatic gearbox with cruise control is available as an option.
Prices for the new Korando Sports start from £17,995 for the SX, rising to £20,495 for the EX and £21,995 for the EX with the automatic gearbox.
