Skoda has launched a new four-wheel drive version of its Skoda Superb.

The Skoda Superb Outdoor is available to order now, with prices starting from £26,465.

Skoda claims that the Superb Outdoor "combines the assertive look of an off-road vehicle with the refinement and sheer practicality of the hugely popular Superb Estate."

The Outdoor is available with a choice of a 1.8-litre petrol engine and two 2.0-litre diesel units, producing either 138bhp or 168bhp. The power is sent to all four wheels via your choice of six-speed manual or DSG gearboxes.

You get durable protective strips at the base of the doors, bumpers and around the wheel arches; and, on top of this, the Outdoor comes with 18-inch alloy wheels, a leather multi-function steering wheel, hands-free Bluetooth connectivity, hill-hold control, tyre pressure monitor, heated windscreen and integrated front headlamp washers.

As with all Skodas, the Superb Outdoor comes with a three-year/60,000 mile warranty as standard.
