Skoda has unveiled the pricing and specification details for its new Citigo Monte Carlo.
Based on the current mid-range SE trim, the new Citigo Monte Carlo is available in both three- and five-door bodystyles and includes a range of extra equipment and unique styling features.
Visually, the big change is the addition of a range of black design elements. The alloy wheels, front and rear spoilers, rear diffuser, grille and door mirrors are all finished in black. On the inside, the seats are upholstered in Monte Carlo black and red upholstery and there's a sports steering wheel.
The Citigo Monte Carlo also sits on lowered suspension, which Skoda claims gives a more "dynamic stance", while on the inside, there's Skoda's PID (Portable Infotainment Device) which offers sat-nav, trip and vehicle information, Bluetooth connectivity and a media player.
Just one engine will be on offer in the new car, the three-cylinder 1.0-litre 59bhp petrol engine, mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. Fuel economy stands at 62.8mpg and CO2 emissions at 105g/km.
Prices for the new Citigo Monte Carlo start from £10,590 for the three-door and £10,940 for the five-door.
