Winter is coming, and if you're one of the few people who have bought a Renault Twizy, you might be regretting your purchase as the weather gets colder.
However, Renault has come up with a neat solution for Twizy owners who don't feel like being buffeted by arctic crosswinds on their commute to work.
A pair of zip-on plastic windows can now be specified for £295 and are available to both new and existing Twizy owners.
The windows consist of a rigid metal frame which attaches to the Twizy's plastic door, and a transparent plastic window which zips onto said frame.
The windows require no tools to fit, and because the Twizy's door handles are fitted to the inside of the car, they come with openings to allow the doors to be opened from the outside.
Unfortunately, frostbitten Twizy owners will have to wait until the end of November until the windows become available at Renault dealerships.
