Nissan is introducing a new trim level for its Nissan X-Trail.

The new X-Trail n-tec+ sits in the range between the Acenta and flagship Tekna models, and comes with 18-inch alloy wheels, chrome fog lamp surrounds and side bars with side steps.

On the inside, the n-tec+ comes with a five-inch touchscreen sat-nav system, Bluetooth, an electric tilt and slide panoramic sunroof, keyless entry and start, climate control, cruise control, and automatic headlights and wipers.

The n-tec+ also gets Nissan's Around View Monitor 360 degree parking system, which uses colour front, rear and side cameras to give drivers a bird's-eye view of the car when parking.

The X-Trail n-tec+ is powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine which develops 171bhp and 266lb-ft of toque, and is capable of towing up to 2,200kg.

The Nissan X-Trail n-tec+ is on sale now, with prices starting from £27,790.
