Nissan have released a special edition model of the 370Z sports coupe.
Called the 370Z GT Edition, it is available to order from selected dealerships within Nissan's UK network, and is priced from £35,000.
The GT Edition will be available in three colours - Pearl White, Kuro Black Metallic, and Black Rose - with grey 'GT' side stripes, and will sit on dark anthracite coloured 19-inch alloy wheels. Engineers at Nissan's Technical Centre Europe in Cranfield, Bedford, have modified the 370Z's chassis for the GT Edition, with retuned dampers. It also has revised underbody noise-reduction insulation, and the 7-speed Automatic gearbox now has a snow mode allowing the car to set off in second gear without wheel spin in icy conditions. Other new features are a rear view parking camera and new tyre pressure monitor.
Nissan has released the new GT Edition to coincide with the 40th anniversary of the arrival of its Z-Cars in the UK as well as its recent success in GT racing, in particular the new GT1 World Championship series.
