Skoda have revealed price and specification details for its all-new Fabia range.
The third-generation of the popular Skoda Fabia will hit UK shores in January next year with prices to start from £10,600.
The new design succeeds in being larger and stronger than its predecessor, but due to weight saving technology and EU6-complaint engines is both lighter and more fuel efficient. In addition to the increased cabin space, the boot capacity has also grown by 15 litres to a new total of 330 litres, increasing further to 1,150 litres with the rear seats lowered.
The new Fabia comes with a choice of 15 different body colours, and a range of wheel, roof and exterior mirror colour options, as well as three interior trim styles.
Prices start from £10,600 for the 1.0-litre petrol Skoda Fabia S, while models powered by the 1.4-litre TDI diesel engine fall into the lowest Road Tax Band D.
The entry-level S trim provides Bluetooth, body coloured door mirrors and door handles, curtain airbags, DAB digital radio, electric front windows, electrically adjustable heated door mirrors, electronic stability control, front reading lights, height adjustable driver’s seat, ISOFIX child seat fittings on outer rear seats, remote central locking and SAFE function, height and reach adjustable steering wheel, Stop/Start, storage compartments under the front seats, and tyre pressure monitoring system. The SE trim level adds, amongst other things, a three-spoke leather steering wheel, six loudspeakers, alarm with interior monitoring and SAFE function, alloy wheels, Arkamys surround sound package, chrome pack, front assist, height adjustable passenger seat, leather gearknob and hand-brake lever, air conditioning, Maxi-DOT trip computer, speed limiter. Meanwhile, the Elegance trim level comes with a three-spoke multi function leather steering wheel with radio and telephone control, automatically dimming rear view mirror, climate control, cruise control, front and rear floor mats, front centre armrest, front fog lights, keyless engine start/stop, and LED Daytime running lights with light assistant.
