Dacia has unveiled the new 2022 Jogger. The seven-seat family car will reach showrooms in the first half of 2022 and start from just £14,995.

The 2022 Dacia Jogger is the cheapest new seven-seat family car in the UK. Power comes from a turbocharged 1.0-litre petrol engine that's matched to a six-speed manual gearbox that will return up to 49.6mpg.

All versions of the Jogger get seven seats as standard. When not in use, the third row of seats can be folded away into the floor to provide a whopping 712 litres of boot space - this makes the Jogger one of the best estate cars for practicality.

The all-new Jogger is available with a choice of three trim levels – Essential, Comfort and a special edition, Extreme SE.

Standard specification for the entry-level Essential model is generous with all versions getting air conditioning, cruise control and rear parking sensors. LED headlights and front fog lights are also included at no extra cost.

The mid-spec Essential model starts at £16,595 and adds electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors, automatic windscreen wipers, rear parking sensors with reversing camera.

At £17,395, the range-topping Extreme SE trim includes 16-inch alloy, front and rear parking sensors and a reversing camera. The interior, meanwhile, gains heated front seats, special floor and cargo mats, and Dacia’s Media Nav system with built-in navigation and wireless smartphone mirroring.

There isn't the option of an automatic gearbox, which means you get a six-speed manual transmission as standard. The Jogger will tow up to 1,200kg when hooked up to a braked trailer.
