The new application created by Mercedes-Benz for iPad users aims to provide them with as much detail as possible about the manufacturer’s B-class vehicles.
Available to download from www.mercedes-benz.co.uk and the Apple App Store, this app comes with a number of features that will showcase the advantages of the car in the most visible, clear and entertaining way possible.
Every prospective B-Class customer will be able to get a strong idea of the vehicle’s load space. “The load space animations offer a playful, educational way to demonstrate the numerous load compartment variations. For example, users can see how easily a bike or washing machine fits into the car,” said Mercedes-Benz.
Likewise, iPad users will also be able to compare every possible exterior, interior, trim and wheel option with the app’s full configurator.
“The configurator is a great way to visually display thousands of personalisation choices, with many customer-specific exterior and interior colour choices, trim line options, design specification additions and wheel options available,” pointed out the manufacturer.
Thanks to the COMAND Online section of the app, users will have the chance to learn how the Mercedes-Benz’s class leading multimedia onboard computer works.
In addition, the easy-to-use guides will allow B-Class customers and iPad users of this app to experience additional functions and systems within the vehicle, such as the Mercedes-Benz safety, parking and lighting systems.
Retailer Locator
Finally, the app’s Retailer Locator will help customers to get directions for the closest local Mercedes-Benz retailer, taking their current location as a starting point.
With this app, Mercedes-Benz hopes to make it as easy as possible for UK car buyers to learn about the B-class range.
“The app contains everything a potential B-Class customer could wish to know about this exciting new model, including all the information of a traditional paper brochure and price list,” stated the manufacturer.
