Maserati has joined forces with luxury Italian fashion house Ermenegildo Zegna to produce an exclusive limited edition of its Quattroporte model.
The Maserati QuattroporteZegna Limited Edition will have just 100 examples produced, featuring exclusive colour schemes, materials, and trims to celebrate the collaboration between the two brands.
A round-the-world tour to promote the new Quattroporte Zegna Limited Edition has been planned by Maserati. The itinerary will take in Shanghai this month, moving on to New York in September, Dubai in February 2015, and ending in Milan next spring. The star-studded events will form the basis a commemorative photographic book, titled “One of 100”, by renowned Italian photographer Fabrizio Ferri, which will be revealed at the Spring event in Milan.
To symbolise the bond between Maserati and Zegan, the two brands have also joined forces to support the restoration of the Fountain of Neptune in Bologna’s Piazza Nettuno, which served as the inspiration for Maserati’s Trident emblem.
Maserati have not revealed the price of the Quattroporte Zegna Limited Edition at this stage.
