Kia's latest addition to its 'Originals' collection, the Picanto 'City' is now on sale, with prices starting from £10,245.
The 'Originals' range is based around the idea of a fashion collection, with models frequently being updated with new styles and 'personalities'. This sounds like a novel idea, but it's nothing new; indeed, Citroen was desperately trying to forge a link between the world of fashion and the old ZX in the early nineties.
The Picanto 'City' gets a signature red grille, 14-inch alloys, heated door mirrors, front fog lights and chrome door handles.
On the inside, you get 'premium' cloth upholstery, a leather trimmed steering wheel with audio controls, ambient LED lighting and a 'Hollywood-style' vanity mirror. Parking sensors and Bluetooth are also thrown in as standard.
Under the bonnet, the Picanto 'City' is fitted with a 1.0-litre three-cylinder engine which is said to deliver 67.3mpg and emit just 99g/km of CO2. This means both free road tax and congestion charge exemption.
