Hyundai has added a new top-of-the-range Premium trim level to its i30 line-up.

The Premium trim is available on both the i30 Hatchback and Tourer models and includes all of the equipment included in the Convenience and Individual packs, along with a number of additional features.

All Premium models get 17-inch alloy wheels, illuminated chrome door handles and auto-folding wing mirrors. In addition to this, leather upholstery, an electrically-adjustable driver's seat, heated front seats, keyless entry, start/stop, a height-adjustable passenger seat and an LCD display are also included as standard.

A tilt and slide panoramic sunroof is available as an optional extra for £950.

The i30 Premium will be available with a choice of two engines including a 118bhp 1.6-litre petrol with a manual gearbox (hatchback only), and a 1.6-litre 126bhp diesel with either a manual or automatic transmission.

Prices for the new i30 Premium start from £19,995 for the petrol hatchback, rising to £23,900 for the diesel estate with the automatic gearbox.
