German car giant Volkswagen has announced plans to launch the new Volkswagen California campervan with a free servicing incentive.
The campervan has seats for up to seven people, with front seats that swivel to face the rear as well. In addition, the new model has a choice of two of Volkswagen's refined common rail 2.0-litre TDI engines and a BlueMotion Technology model, with prices from £34,970.
The Volkswagen California is currently available with free servicing for three years or 30,000 miles from only £379 a month with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Solutions (PCP), or hire purchase rates from 3.99%. This offer is available until 31st March.
Additional equipment
For those who want even more for less, the California campervan also offers the SE model with additional equipment such as a wardrobe and kitchen complete with sink, fridge and onboard tanks for fresh and waste water.
There are three main California models. This 'full equip' model starts from £43,575 and has 4MOTION all-wheel drive. The California Beach model starts from £34,970, while the California Berghaus starts at £47,995.
The campervan is small and compact so it can be used as a vehicle to get you to and from work, or on the school run every day, yet it can be turned into a camper within minutes.
The vehicle has two double beds, a pop-up roof, window blinds and fold-away chairs and a table. Conveniently these can all be discreetly stored away in the rear tailgate and side door, something that will make this vehicle a real 'house on wheels.'
