The first pictures of Honda’s new European small SUV model have been released the by Japanese manufacturer.
The Honda HR-V will make its debut at next month’s Paris Motor Show, but the images providing a sneak look at the latest addition to Europe’s growing small SUV market show a sleek coupe-style design which Honda hopes will set it apart from its competitors. The HR-V is set for a UK sales launch next summer.
The Honda HR-V will come with a centrally mounted fuel tank, a design feature which the manufacturer claims will maximise interior space and adaptability. The HR-V’s versatile seating arrangements will have a wide range of configurations including a fold-flat second row of seats for added cargo space.
Leon Brannan, Honda’s Head of Car said “The HR-V is a very welcome addition to our current model line up, it is a very popular and growing market segment that appeals to both retail and corporate customers. The dealer network are very much looking forward to receiving the car in their showrooms and every UK dealer will be making the trip to Paris to see the car on show“.
