Citroen has announced a new special edition C3 Picasso, called the C3 Picasso Code.
Citroen is offering a new special edition version of the C3 Picasso, based on the best-selling HDi 90 manual VTR+ version, but with extra equipment. The C3 Picasso Code replaces the old Blackcherry special edition.
The new special edition car comes with a 'Look Pack' which adds a series of styling enhancements to the car. Buyers will be able to select from four body colours: Polar White, Cherry Red, Belle Ile Blue or Thorium Grey. With the Belle Ile Blue and Cherry Red colour schemes, the new special edition will come with 17 inch Polar White 'Clover' alloy wheels, and Polar White painted side rubbing strips and white number plate surround with chrome details at the back of the car. If the buyer chooses a Polar White or Thorium Grey body then the alloy wheels, side rubbing strips, and number plate surround come in Cherry Red.
Other styling enhancements include shiny black painted door handles featuring chrome inserts, shiny black vent surrounds, Obsidian Black front and back bumpers, Obsidian Black door mirrors with shiny black surround, Longitudinal roof bars and all-new carpet mats. These new design features are added to a standard equipment list which also includes a range of features including cruise control with speed limiter, curtain airbags, air conditioning and Bluetooth connectivity.
The HDi 90 engine is an efficient diesel unit with fuel consumption of 61.4mpg and CO2 emissions which are low enough to qualify the car for zero VED in the first year. The Citroen C3 Picasso Code special edition is available to buy now, and adds £300 to the cost of the standard HDi90 manual VTR+ version, bringing the price up to £15,695
