This, ladies and gentlemen, is what happens when you give the forthcoming Mercedes-Benz S-Class to German aftermarket tuning company Brabus.
It's been less than a fortnight since Mercedes released the first images of its planned high-performance model of the new S-Class, the S63, which boasted a 5.5-litre V8 developing 577bhp and 664lb-ft of torque.
Brabus, however, clearly thought that the standard Merc's power output and 4.4 second 0-62mph time were a bit, well, pedestrian, and has revealed images of its take on the S-Class.
In fact, Brabus has announced three new cars. The B50S is a performance pack for the new S500 and raises the power output to 520bhp, while the B63 pack for the S63 AMG brings the car's output up to 650bhp.
It's the range-topping B63S which we're most interested in, though. With 730bhp and 785lb-ft of torque from its 5.5-litre V8, the B63S will be limited -- LIMITED! -- to a top speed of 202mph.
Brabus has thrown away the twin turbochargers fitted to the standard S63 and replaced them with Brabus-designed units. The engine also gets gold-plated inlet pipes because gold is the best reflector of heat.
A free-flow exhaust system also comes as standard; however, buyers will also have the choice to spec a special sports exhaust too, which uses a butterfly valve to vary the noise produced by the wastepipes.
There's also a new aerodynamics kit which is designed to reduce lift at high speeds and a range of tailor-made Brabus monoblock alloy wheels with diameters ranging from 19 to 21 inches.
Unfortunately, Brabus has yet to release any pricing info for the new B63S (inevitably, given that Mercedes has yet to announce the price of the new S63), but we'd expect the car to be offered with a price tag on the scary side of £120,000.
