Audi is reintroducing its RS 3 Sportback; however, if you want one you'll have to act fast as only 250 are making their way to the UK.

The RS 3 is fitted with a 2.5-litre five-cylinder engine which produces 335bhp and 332lb-ft of torque. This translates into a 0-62mph time of 4.6 seconds and an electronically-limited top speed of 155mph. The power is fed to all four wheels via a standard seven-speed S tronic twin-clutch gearbox.

The RS 3 is incredibly light too, thanks to a graphite engine block and carbon fibre front wings. This, combined with the widened track and fatter tyres, makes it a blast to drive when the road gets twisty.

Audi has tweaked the styling too, and the RS 3 comes with a deeper front apron, larger air intakes, xenon headlights, sill extensions, 19-inch alloys and a roof spoiler. Inside, Nappa leather upholstery comes as standard as does the flat-bottomed steering wheel and Audi's Driver Information System, which displays the boost pressure of the turbo and also functions as a lap timer. Nice.

The RS 3 Sportback is yours for £39,930.
